Paul Teevan is the Director of Teevan Consulting Network. He was a Principal Consultant in the organisational change practice of Ernst & Young (EY) and then Director of a 3i backed independent consultancy which was an employee buyout from EY.
Prior to this, he ran his own training company and is a graduate of Bristol University. He has won the annual Japanese Government essay prize for EU citizens and a study tour to Japan.
His interests are research and evaluation, business improvement, skills development and customer driven performance improvement. Paul runs public seminars and is the author of articles and good practice guides across his areas of interest. The following are some examples of his work:
- Undertaken over 145 evaluations of programmes and projects across the UK and EU, mainly in areas such as business support programmes, skills development projects and community support programmes
- Worked with over 50 private sector firms, using customer feedback to drive performance improvement and organisational change
- Advised Boards on improving their Board structures/processes and assisted management teams to enhance their performance
- Trained directors and managers in project appraisal, project management and evaluation across areas as diverse as the private and public sectors, charities, regional & national development agencies
