Our private sector work involves helping firms to bring about successful organisational change. We have worked with around 80 organisations in the private sector, education and not-for profit sectors, below is just a small selection. This can involve leadership development; coaching and mentoring; organisation and process redesign; developing transformational business strategy; and often we use strategic customer feedback programmes to help create the impetus and urgency for change.

Evaluation of funded skills projects
We have a long track record in evaluating skills projects, particularly where we have custom designed evaluation models to assess the impact of investment in skills, which often requires a high level of expertise to do well. We have undertaken evaluations at national level in England, Scotland, Wales and across the EU, as well as at local and regional levels.
